Mortgage comparison site?

Hi
Can anyone point me in the direction of a site which shows current mortgage deals from UK bank and building societies?
My two current mortgage accounts with the Newcastle building society currently have a 2% discount on their variable rate. They are both due to to expire in the next couple months. My financial circumstances may well change in the next year, although its not for certain. Which will force a house move. Though its not all bad news as I plan to move back 'oop' north, where house prices are considerably cheaper, resulting in no mortgage.:D
So I have a dilemma. I dont really want to lock myself into a two year deal which will result in an early redemption penalty if I do move, and my building society mortgage offers all have a redemption penalty. If I have to I will pay their standard variable rate though Im happy to move both accounts to a different provider, if the figures work out.
Any advice would be appreciated.
