whats the point on coming on a freebie board, then complaining about freebies wasting the worlds resources

I'm complaining about CRAPPY freebies wasting the world's resources. There's a difference. If companies make rubbishy, useless stuff to promote their products, and consumers take the stuff just because they like freebies, it's a waste and it's irresponsible. Freebies which can actually be used are different- it's great to think that companies are making their marketing strategies relevant to consumers and their lives.
If, however, anyone actually thinks that they'll wear a "tartoholic" badge, that it'll make them look good and improve their lives, go ahead.0 -
Each to their own!!! Not my cup of tea but who are we to judge, good of Jenza8 to let people know about it!
As for flowersflowers I think you are being a tad dramatic -I think there are more drastic methods of wasting natural resources than the production of a small promotional badge, which may bring happiness and a touch of humour to someone's life.
Hey let you hair down flowersflowers, and wear one for the day! - you might enjoy it!

Well I'm a tart and I'd wear it with pride!
p.s. not really but I do like pop tarts! :rotfl:
Seriously though we can't question all the freebies on here, we just have to pick and choose the ones we like and let everyone else do the same.

Thought the idea was if you like, want and need you apply for it otherwise leave it alone. If people make adverse comments nobody will look for free stuff thinking they will be criticised.0

but we're all different. my 15 year old niece will love this badge, she been collecting badges since she was about 10, and now the weirder the better as far as she's concerned.
so it won't be crappy to her.

Are you sure? People's interests change between the ages of 10 and 15, I know that at 10 I loved pink, girly, fluffy stuff whereas at 15 I was more interested in music and dying my hair.0 -
