cancelling loan before 28 days is up

hi i was accepted for a loan by my bank sunday which i applied for online the money is now in my bank .now a family member can give me the money instead so i want to cancel . i know i may still be charged .will the loan be on my credit file now or not as i havent made a payment yet and have 28 days to cancel
