I never got Jackie, Bunty or Smash Hits!
I was a rebel and bought Kerrang and Metal Hammer!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Good timing! NHS charges go up tomorrow!

    Band 1 course of treatment - £16.20
This covers an examination, diagnosis (e.g. x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, and a scale and polish if needed.

    Band 2 course of treatment - £44.60
This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or if your dentist needs to take out one or more of your teeth.

    Band 3 course of treatment - £198.00
This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures or bridges.

    Urgent treatment - £16.20
If you require urgent care, but your urgent treatment needs more than one appointment to complete, you will only need to pay one charge of £16.20.

The appointment was originally for about three weeks ago and they rang to say could they please change it so I said fine if it's before the 1st April :D See aren't I a good DFW, saved a whole 30p.

Jacs, I only got my braces off in December after nearly three years (would have been three years this month), had a big jaw operation over the summer and still have a teeny fixed retainer. I should hope they were still perfect!!
