one small ? when i was in my old house i discovered i had cancer and i had to go into hospital for a big opp, i was of work for a year and as i had life insurance that included critical life cover my claim went in so when the insurance payed out the £29,000.00 i had to pay the mortgage company big fee was this legal
or can i claim this payment back from them
