Buy to Let Mortgage

Can you help please. I have been trawling the web looking for a 2-3 year fixed rate buy to let mortgage no tie ins after the fixed 2-3 year period. The Broker sites want to charge 1.5% fee on top of mortgage fee. Just thought I would ask does anyone know of a good buy to let deal 4.?% instead of me trawling through the individual lenders as I don't want to incur 1.5% fee. Hopefully Elaine

Check out Standard Life Bank who currently have BTL rates from 4.69% for a 3 year deal. My broker tells me there are no tie ins after the initial term, fees low too. Unsure if you can deal direct though.

There are quite a few rates in that region.

However care is needed to trawl through and make sure you fit the criteria in terms of minimum income, loan to value, expected rental income etc to name a few elements.

The Standard Life scheme mentioned is available at 50% loan to value
