  • Have you given and thought to the vehicle you own? It seems to be a bit of a murky subject as what one OR will allow another will not  Have you a good case to put for keeping it?

thanks all for looking at my i&e form which i've adjusted.would anyone mind having another look.getting very desperate as next tuesday is looming fast and i've got limited time this week to get organised.
    Income £1150
    Expenditure.
    rent £475
hk £210 ( realise this might be reduced by or)
    tel £40
    travel £170
    clothes £50
    essential payments £55 (car tax,insurance, mot,repairs)
    £20 dental and prescription charges
    £30 hairdresser,optician and emergencies
When i entered into the dmp with cccs i was in a higher paid job, shortly afterwards i took another job which promised overtime but for health reasons i haven't been able to take advantage of it and my earnings are a lot less.my elderly mother has been subsidising me and i feel very ashamed about this. i know i should have gone back to cccs but when all the threatening letters had stopped i was reluctant to give them a reason to start again.
very embarrassed at this admission, what a fool i am.

Hi, have taken all advice and seem to have got my expenses to £1080.will i be allowed £99 on top of this ( which would account for all of my wage ). if i'm a few pounds in credit e.g.if he disallowes my HK will i be forced into an IPA and would this prevent me from being discharged after 1 year?
Thanks again for all your support.

    Hi
It seems the threshold for surplus money before an IPA is sort is £99, If an IPA is applied to you, (you have to agree to it ) then you will still be discharged after your 12months, (or earlier if its possible at OR discretion ) but your IPA will run for 36 months from the date it is applied HTH

Hi I had surplus of £117 and my IPA is for £50 a mth. I have now changed jobs so just filled in a new IPAQ so my not have to pay that now:D .From what you have said even if your OR knocked back some of your hk your IPA(if you get one) would not be too bad anyway.
