Freebies drying up ?

Does anyone else think that the list of completely new freebies is getting shorter?
There does not seem to be as many original or interesting freebies any more.
Are manufacturers tired of multiple requests or are we missing out on the best ones by recycling duplications from other sites?
Any ideas for new freebies anyone?

I think there are peaks and troughs all the time. I've been visiting this site since 2005 and I think that there are more people looking for freebies these days, but at the same time there are more people posting new offers on here which means it kind of evens out!:rolleyes:0

I agree there are definately highs and lows ......also periods when loads of stuff turns up that you had forgotten you had even applied for......freebies are strange.........some arrive quickly and others take months....also when you start looking for freebies there are loads to apply for as it is all new but after a while they do get less;)
Keep the faith though as new things crop up all the time:cool:0 -
Yup all a bit rubbish at the mo0

One of the factors maybe due to the increased posting of freebie sites - thus rather than posting individual freebies here, we're just going to the other sites posted.
I had a bit of a tidy-up last night, there were loads of threads that were merged due to duplicates, and also quite a few that had expired.
Hopefully if can make this board less busy with duplicates and expired threads it will be more easier on the eyes and invite more new postings.
If you do notice a duplicate or that a posting has expired, please don't hesitate to send a pm to one of the board guides requesting them to be merged or moved.
As i'm sure you can appreciate, we don't get time to read every post, and thus don't always see when someone posts in the thread that it's already posted elsewhere or expired.
Just thought of another reason for the dry-up, prehaps due to end of the financial year where marketing budgets have now been used up?0 -
This comes up every few months or so.
You just have to keep searching!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]
