Shopandscan not working!

My scanner keeps playing up, meaning i havent been able to scan my shopping for two weeks-im waiting for a new scanner to be sent. However i havent had any points for these two weeks. Rather annoyed as it isnt my fault, they keep fobbing me off sending me new batteries but the scanner still doesnt work. Im going to email them and ask them if i can still get my points.

Just received few minutes ago:



Unfortunately, due to a problem with our website you may have had trouble transmitting your barcodes on Sunday
and this morning.

The problem has now been fixed and if you transmit your barcodes by midnight tomorrow (Tuesday 1st April 2008) you will
still be eligible for the 1000 points that you may have missed today.

All additional points will be awarded on Wednesday this week.

We?re very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

mine's playing up as well, I wonder if it is a way of them saying, you've done your time, you've got your points, bye bye! I phoned them to tell them my battery was low, and they sent a connector!

You can only join by invitation. They send you a letter with an invitation number to join.

anyone had tried to transmit barcodes tonight? I keep pressing transmit, but it just keep refreshing! and won't transmit the barcodes.
