Help needed, deleted 'deleted' e-mails.

Foolishly I accidentally deleted an important e-mail from the deleted box, is there any way of retrieving it? Also, can I find an e-mail that I sent but didn't save ? Sorry to be such a idiot but not very techno minded.

Do they not go to the recycle bin when they are deleted? If you press your back button until you get back to it that should work.
If you are on hotmail there is a "sent" file if you have clicked save all mail then it should be there.

If you're talking about an email client on your computer then there are plenty of recovery tools to try. Just do a search on the forum (I'm too lazy to find and list them all). The one I prefer to use is www.recuva.com.
