I wanna MENS BIRKENSTOCK MILANO

Hi
DH wants brown Birkenstock Milanos in 44/10 (they are the ones with teo straps across the front & a strap around the back of the ankle).
I don't have a Costo card, but if I knew they had some Birkenstocks like the ones he wants I would try & see if I could borrow one or something.
Tried the local TK Max, no joy.
They have them in schu for £40.
Debenhams say its too early for their summer stuff, but I do have a £5/£10 off Debs voucher.
Thanks to anyone that knows any better prices.

Look on Ebay - they often have sellers in Germany selling, and even with postage the price comes out cheaper than going to the Birkenstock shop.
Alternatively, a good place to keep an eye out is T K Maxx - they have them occasionally. Whoops - just noticed you are doing this already
Important question: is your £40 price for Birko-Flor or leather? Personally I would not consider anything except leather, but it is more expensive.
I expect you've already found http://www.footshopping.com/main.cfm - prices there look quite good. (Do you know which footbed your DH needs?)
Good luck - JMEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

they do narrow or standard footbeds, you can tell which is which by the foot symbol on them, can't remember what it is at the mo though sorry.
i got my oh's from charles clinkards for £28 last year, i'm sure they undercharged me as they only had small kids ones in stock marked at that price so had to order oh's size 11s in for me from another branch - i checked the price and they were insistant that was right so paid for them there and then before they could change their minds lol
oh says they're the best shoes he's ever had, the look a likes just aren't the same'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
Hes def NOT a narrow footbed!!!
Thats why Birkenstocks are so good, he can let out the buckles.0 -

Great point & ONLYbecause you said this I looked to check, the ones in Schu for £40 are not leather:mad:
So I will trawl the web for leather ones, I would rather pay a little more for leather.
THANK YOU:D0 -
By total coincidence, I saw a few of these in Dolcis, Walthamstow Mall on Friday for £20 (in leather). Only limited sizes. This shop is about to close down (staff don't know when) and everything is half price, so I would ring before going.....Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Hubby works in London, so he will give them a ring tomorrow.
Thanks again for the tip. £40 is a lot of money for synthetic sandals:mad:0 -
