OMG spud. That's terrible. I guess there's no point phoning the police?

    I doubt it hun.

I'm going to have to let the dog out in a min. I've been encouraging her to bark for the last few minutes - she has a VERY big bark ;)

    Thanks guys.

I just took the dog in the back garden, and I dont think anyone had been in there - I'm sure she'd have let me know.

The front door was the cat, he just came in. He scared the living daylights out of me because his miaow sounds like hello, and because he is old, he has quite a gruff voice :rotfl:

Was it really wrong that I took a knife with me while I had the door open :o

I will give the local police a call, just to be safe and I will let the dog have the run of the house tonight, rather than her being shut in the lounge ;)

Yes hun, they were sat on our drive on bikes. We have no gates though, it's just an open driveway.

Not wrong to take a knife..if it makes you feel better, you don;t imediately display it and you know it would take and awful lot before you would use it!

Do what you feel you need to do to make you feel more scure...which includes ringin the police. They are much better now than they used to be xxxxx years ago. Even if they just give you a reference number and don;t pormise to send anyone immediately...the point being you can ring them anytime later quoting that reference number and they should be out like a shot. Make sure they realise you are on your own...with kids..etc etc..That makes you a priority.

Hugs...do you want me to send the guinea pigs up to sort them out??

    Love
