    It's fab.

Neither of mine have bikes at the moment - DS's got stolen and DD has outgrown hers. DS wont get a new one until DD can have one too

I got a ladies bike for £1 on Ebay and there are always loads on freecycle, oops just noticed the pun:rotfl:

Good job I only paid £1 too as the amount of times I have used it about Ohhh let me think Never:o

Have a treadmill though and have just moved it into the sun room so it overlooks the garden and countryside instead of looking at the garage wall, still struggling to get motivated though.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

ooh cat, going to join the 'ahem' holiday surprise club? Bloody thomas cook have a lot to answer for :)

Afternoon everyone. I'm doing fine, been feeling a bit icky the past couple of days and by 9pm I'm falling asleep. But otherwise all is good.

Hey guess what? I've got my kit back. I'm now in physio and am allowed to play a little each day to build muscles again. No pain and it rocks. Happy happy toto. :T

Toto - given the option I'd rather join the holiday surprise club in about 18 months' time when we'll have got rid most of the unsecured debts! Anyhow - I'm NOT going to think about it until Thursday...

Brilliant news about playing each day and no pain.
