Mortgage rescue schemes

Hi,

I'm new here so I apologise if I am doing something I shouldn't but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Bradford and Bingleys mortage rescue scheme. I thought it was a godsend back in 1994 when we joined but now I'm feeling very skeptical about the whole thing. That said I'm not even sure they still run it!

hi we did this in 1993 and was paying more rent in the end then we would have been paying mortage (sorry about my spelling) we did every thing to get out could not exchange and in 2003 i become disabled and manage through my doctor to get a bungalow when we moved out we was paying over £500 a month in rent . i am not sure that bradford & bingley do this recue package any more . healer
