Home-based translation work?

I can really do with some advice here. Can anyone recommend a *reliable* translation agency to join? I am bilingual and I basically need home-based (or North-West based) freelance work since my wages can hardly cover 2 weeks icon9.gif

Anyone with experience in this regard? Advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

It would help if you stated your other language.

Just want to quickly thank you all for your responses. I find it extremely hard to find an agency that offers other-than-scarce jobs. I just wonder if there are other interpreters/translators with a similar problem and maybe willing to contribute to a list of agencies that they find most efficient. It would also be helpful to hear from those who may be interested in such services and can offer guidance.

Sorry To Repeat This, But Suggest Again That You State The Languages In Which You Are Fluent.

Ampersand, Sorry I just noticed your question: I am particulary interested in agencies who seek Spanish or Arabic languages.
