lemony pud for yoghurt glut ?

I've got a huge quantity of youghurt (don't ask !) and I wonder if anyone can remember a recipe we used to make years ago. I think you got yog, and perhaps some cream and when you added lemon juice it went all thick and made a delicious pud - v cheap and tasty. Perhaps there was brown sugar involved ? It was a LOOONG time ago - can anyone else remember it, I'd be so grateful ?

I think I know a variation of the one you mean. It has a tin of condensed milk, lemon juice and double cream. You mix it all together and it thickens and sets. Pour it into a biscuit crumb base and it's like a cheesecake. Perhaps you could try it with yoghurt instead of double cream?0

Thanks AnnaS, that does ring a bell - I'd forgotten it was condensed milk (soo healthy these days !) I'll try with yog instead of the cream, or perhaps some and some. Many thanks !!:beer:0

If you cant use up all of the yoghurt in puddings and are having a curry, add either some finely chopped onion, some finely chopped cucumber or some mint sauce for an onion, cucumber or mint raita respectively. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0
