Offer subject to valuation, are the credit checks finished?

Good afternoon. I'm looking for some opinions. We had an offer subject to valuation from Direct Line and I was wondering if that means they would now have done all the credit checks?
The reason for asking is that I want to get a new mobile phone contract and don't want to do that if it's going to add another credit search that Direct Line will see.

they will have done all the credit checks once youve received your offer documents - which you sign and return.
i wouldnt worry about a phone contract.0
