    I saved a life today!

I was walking to work and listening to my mp3 player. And I heard a really loud sqwarking noise! So I looked round, and I saw a cat with a bird in its mouth!

I ran at the cat and waved my arms and shouted, and it dropped the bird and ran off. And the bird flew away smile.gif

    Awww! :D Go you. :D

I saved a fieldmouse from my old cat once. My foster mum said I should have left it because that's what cats do, but I didn't want the poor mouse to die.
    We totally rock! :D

I had some spare money so I decided to do the Euromillions online tonight. I'm not really a gambler or anything but seeing as I didn't need the money for anything important, I thought I would give it a go. I doubt I'll win but you've got to be in it to win it as they say. :)

Oooo. I have a medal now. Woo!

I so need to get a life if getting a forum medal gets me excited. :rotfl:

Has anyone here ever had an ingrown toenail? I think I have one and it's agony. I need to book a doctors appointment because I had one about a year ago and then it seemed to get better but now it's agony and I can't ignore it anymore. :(

Yeah, but cats can home to their families and get fed. So whilst it is what cats do, they don't need to do it.

Had another bad night sleep. Forced myself to go out after staying in yesterday. Feel stoned and can't wait to goto bed to sleep.

We went for drive around New Forest which was nice - had some wicked Dorset apple cake

Sleep depravation makes you think very strangely.

my son has one at the moment, took him to the doctors yesterday, cos it had gone all inflamed, and infected, doc gave him anti biotics, and said see how it goes, and if it gets any worse, he may need to have the whole nail removed

Ouch! The side of my toe feels very hot and it is so painful. I've taken some ibuprofen which has subsided the pain a bit but it still hurts.
I hope your son doesn't have to have the whole nail removed, although at the moment I would do anything to stop this pain. It seems so much pain for something so small.lol.
I hope the anti-biotics clear the infection up. I've been walking with a limp because it hurts to put pressure on it.lol.
