There are two people who I know would come and sit with me if I just asked them. Why can't I ask them?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Yeah, thats probably right. I'd feel bad making either of them leave work. Icecream is good.

Afternoon everyone. Went to supermarket and got petrol & the morning has gone.
LadyM, are you ok after smacking the door? I hope you are alright. God, just realised that's how you hurt your shoulder, had worked out the sore head though, I'm sooo slow! I'm another stumbler (sp?) my toes are bashed to bits.
FG, :rotfl: have to laugh re: don;t watch that as you'll end up with it! Luckily I am sure it said there are only 40 (woman) in the world with it. So we don't have much chance of getting it too, phew! It was real cringe stuff, I found it hard to watch! Lists are great, and you feel so good when you can tick things off, will do one in a min on my lappy. I tend to lose bits of paper! I was so lost with no PC for 6 months, missed appointments, couldn't do lists, didn't get bills paid, no shopping when I needed it etc etc!
Not great news from your appoint this am. Were they any good at all? Did you go alone? Do you feel you told them everything you wanted to say? If ice cream helps, then eat it, anything to help you get through this rough stage. Do your best to keep busy.... keep posting! Ask me anything!
Wow katie, well done on your win! Glad you feel better today. Hope you have a nice time at your parents. I love food, in fact I'm totally obsessed with it. But I'm dieting and doing well. Chicken cas & sponge just sound so nice. Nice to read your feeling better too SF after a good lie in.
Sorry to hear you're not so good today CC. I hope you feel much better very soon. The prog was totally OTT imho. Not sure if it's on again, but def worth a watch, it made me feel sooo normal!
So, I'm about to write a list, then work my way through it, while checking in on you guys here! Any excuse to not do what I should!
(((hugs))) to you all

Try making a smoothy
I made a really healthy one - fruit, milk and yoghurt with a bit of cocoa. I feel I have been indulgent but in fact it was very healthy. You can even add a scoop of ice cream too:D
I found this place down south that makes smoothies with just about anything edible

I had one when I was in Brighton but there is one near you, or you could make your own versions:)An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I've got so many conflicting thoughts.
What are they?
I am of the opinion depression is physical.
I can see why people reach for alcohol, drugs or food to change their off balanced mood. Sometimes when I eat the right thing, be it healthy or not, I feel so much better. I get a bit p*ssed off when I eat something unhealthy and it doesn't help, and the extra calories I had added for nothing. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
