    Morning lovelies

I have a leak in my kitchen. What joy. I thought it was just a spill so I wiped it up last night then this morning the counter is all wet again so I wiped it up. Two hours later and it's wet yet again.
I think it's coming from the boiler though, which can't be good. :/ I emailed the housing association to report it so hopefully they'll get back to me pretty quickly. They did the last time I needed something repairing.

I got attacked by a mattress earlier. :/ I took it out of the airing cupboard just in case the repairman needs to get into the cupboard as that's where some of the waterworks are. Goodness knows where I'm going to put it though. The spare room (well living room really but I spend most if not all of my time in my room) is almost full up with furniture and photography equipment and I can't use the phone so can't get the council to collect it as they don't have an email service for that. :( Oh well.

I was going to try and go out today but I went outside to put the rubbish out and it's cold so I think I might try tomorrow instead.lol.

    Much love
    xx

Are you sure your council don't have an email address for removing goods? Has your phone been cut off or something?? Can you take incoming calls from them?

Wait. I think I might have found a form on the council website so I'll email there and see if they can give me an email for the council collections.

    Morning everyone,
Well I've totally messed up and feel like s*** now. Coz of being on a massive high I've not been sleeping so I took some diazepam last nite to try and chill me out and get some sleep as I knew I had a mad busy day today.....BIG MISTAKE!!! :( Yes I got to sleep, but I slept and slept and slept and now have probably been fired from my volunteer job :( Had only just started it and still in training, but I was supposed to be in at 10 this morning and have only just woken up  Too scared to ring them and apologise, and when my phone rang earlier (which is why I woke up) I was too scared to answer it. Got a voicemail but too scared to listen to that either. Did the same thing yesterday and missed the whole day of uni and as I was being monitored for attendance and had to keep 100% attendance for the rest of the term, that means I'm probably gonna get kicked off now as well.
Just feel sick that I've messed up so badly and am too scared to even attempt to sort it out. Supposed to be in a rehearsal all afternoon for my drama assessment and I know I can't go as even the thought of opening my curtains is sending me into a panic attack so going outside is definately not an option. But then that means letting the people in my group down and the thought of that is making me feel even worse. Can't even muster up the courage to ring them and cancel which means just not turning up which again is even worse. Aaaaarrrrrggghhhh!!!!!
Don't know what to do, am just sat here chain smoking and stressing and am even stressing about the fact that I'm gonna run out of cigs soon and I can't go and get some more and then I'll will be even more stressed without them. And now I'm crying. Fantastic

    Hi Pandora,
Im so sorry your feeling like this. I havent had a chance to read any posts properly apart from this one you have written so apologies If I miss anything out. Firstly, dont be so hard on yourself. Please can you try and ring your doctors if you havent already done so and make an urgent appointment to see your doctor. Dont worry about what the doctor will say or think. As long as you have been doctors and spoken about how you are suffering and feeling that is the 1st step onto recovery. If you feel you cant talk to a gp then write it down. Dont be scared to listen to your voicemail. I know that feeling as I am the same but the longer you leave it, the harder it will become. Can you email the place your a volunteer at and explain you have been very unwell and due to medication has made you unable to work? You dont have to tell them what is wrong. The same goes for your uni. They have to be understanding as long as you explain in one way or another that it is not delibarate that you have not attended. Again, just send them an email and say you are not well. As long as you go doctors you have covered your back.
I too suffer with panic attacks with the thought of thinking that I have to go out. I have to go out as my son has an appointment and he cant miss it as its a ver important app. The thought of it makes me sick that I have to go out but it quickly passes. As for the smoking, think of it as having a break when you run out. I gave up smoking on 1st jan but then started again as things was not going right for me. I think that was just an excuse for me but I am going to give up again as Its not helping my health. I hope you feel better in a while. Why dont you have a shower or bath, put some happy music on and see how you feel.Sending you hugs xxx

Thanks Diamond, I've rung the doctors but they have absolutely no appointments left today, even the emergency ones are all booked. Already have an appoinment booked for Friday so will just wait for that one. We're discussing the possibility that I might be bi-polar rather than clinically depressed, also going to ask for a sick note or something to help with sorting out uni and work.
Had just about built up the courage to listen to the voicemail when the phone rang again so I just dropped the phone and now I have 2 voicemails to work up to listening to
Uni already know about me being ill and to be fair they are doing everything they can to help, but a lot of my course and assignments are based on what you experience in class, so as much as they can help with catching up on the theory, if I don't attend the classes then I don't experience whatever happens in them and there is no way of catching up on it. We are discussing me starting again next year but it's complicated (isn't everything!!)
Put some happy tunes on and made another cup of tea. Going to drink this and have one more cig, well maybe 2, and then try and do something positive towards sorting out my mess. Wish it was just todays mess I had to sort though, got 50million other things to try and sort out as well. Aaaaarrgghh!!
One thing at a time though, right?!
