    :hello: Everyone,

I had a great day today :) I didnt do much as it rained hard,I got some magazines and a newspaper to read to give me something to do,then I had a sleep this afternoon as I was tired :) as least I managed to have a good nights sleep with no flat phone buzzing away in the early hours :)

Tonight I am watching Casualty on tv :) I wont be leaving this thread as I would miss you all loads.

*hugs* to those that need one

hi all, how is everyone, i go away for a few days, and you all moved without telling me.
took sons to filey on the east coast on easter monday, and it snowed, hailstones, rained etc, never in my whole life have i been so frozen cold, i wanted to come home early but sons wanted to stay, so we stuck it out til friday, then came straight home.
love being back at home, its so much warmer, than a caravan on the coast.
not been up to much today, just catching up with the laundry, and took kids shopping
    big hugs all

feelinggood Has something specific happened to make you feel up and down? If you don't want to say that is fine (((HUGS))). I am OK but have a headache. I woke up with it but thought it would go but it hasn't. I might lie down for a bit to try and get rid of it.

What did you have done to your nails? Was it some kind of manicure?

I agree, pampering does make you feel better :) Treating yourself every now and then is a good thing :)

I've relapsed with my eating disorder - its been 6 weeks now, and I just cannot snap back out of it. Its getting worse, its a lot more unmanageable than before - I'm eating so much that I'm throwing up.

My head is a bit crazy at the moment too - I'm having a 'sort of' relationship with a woman, and thats a bit emotional and messing with my head. I don't know what I'm looking for, but I seem to be seeking out people - inappropriate relationships and stuff - much like I did last year.

I had my nails done a few weeks ago - I think they are gel nails. He put some tips on the short nails, and then used some pink liquid and white powder to cover all my nails, then painted white ends on them. They are similar to acrylics, but much more natural looking. I had them refilled today, and repainted, so they are all nice.
