First Trust on the back foot again!

First Trust have had their knuckles rapped again, over their 'Fee free current account'. You know.....the one they were charging £8.00 a month for. The ASA upheld a complaint by GCCNI, and FT have been ordered to cease and remove the misleading advertising immediately. Yet another small victory for the consumer.
I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

And it is all because of me! Kinda.....
I complained to the ASA in June and received a reply on 7th July. I then e-mailed Robin Morton at the Belfast Telegraph who ran with the story and even name dropped me! I was so chuffed!0 -
