Argos Refund Problem - Pair of Wardrobes!

Hi
Purchased a pair of not so cheap wardrobes from Agros (online) - arrived on Fri 28/3/08)
My husband has fixed one, but its not very sturdy & wobbles side to side.
The joints dont fit 100% flush - thats probably causing this. It seems that there is a few mm discrepency from the top of the unit to the bottom, even though all the dowels/fittings are perfectly in place.
We feel short changed.
I can imagine the wardrobe being a disaster once we actually start using it on a day to day basis, and not lasting particularly long.
Can we dismantle it & return it to a store (or have it picked up?) - obviosly its out of the box (but we kept all the boxes/bags/fittings etc etc etc).
We havent opened up the 2nd wardrobe - and have no intention of doing so.
Dont want to be fobbed off by Argos. They are most welcome to inspect the items at our home.
Any advice?
Much obliged as ever.

Give them a call and tell them that the item is not fit for use. Tell them you want a refund and they should pick them up free of charge.0

I was told that too by an Argos delivery driver. Just phone and demand a collection from home at your convenience, state how unhappy you are (and very disappointed) and don't give in if they ask you to drop them off at your nearest store. He said that depending who I got on the other end of the phone I should def. get a home collection pronto and get my refund asap.0

We bought a single cabin bed from Argos a few years ago. Put it together and realised it was totally unsuitable for everyday use - really flimsy and the build quality was dreadful. We rang them up, they came and collected it and we got a refund.0
