Pretty much.
I was really surprised by their reaction to be honest, they so didnt want me to leave.
Today they were SO supportive I cant even begin to say ~ to the point of having a collection to get my train tickets to my mum.
There are also practical reasons like more holiday and company sick pay BUT I actually feel better about retracting it that I did handing it in
