Lenny, as for Sky I just told them that I felt I had been missold the £10 a month package being that my area couldnt offer more than 3mg and that I should have been advised the £5 package was the more viable option for me.
The email was ignored
The wee lassy I spoke to yesterday tried to argue the case but the woman from the complaints dept who rang me today didn't even contest it one bit ~ just agreed to credit my account
