Got a £5 Amazon voucher last night from 3V card thingy I signed up for (was in the freebies forum). Only £20 to go to reach target - and a week to get there as I get paid on Wednesday. My aim was to have £150 saved for a weekend away I'm having at the end of the month, looks like I'll have managed to keep about £100 aside, so not too bad. Next month I'll probably be making up for everything else I spend while I'm away!!

Thanks for the welcomes and all of the help that I have already been given! I don’t think that I will join the challenge this month but I will try and if I do okay I’ll join next month.

Quite a few people have mentioned playing free bingo… I’m not really a bingoer but I’ll give it a go, I’ve singed up for gonebingo and got £15, but it’s not letting me play it says that I have to make a deposit before I can play… how much do I have to deposit and if I actually win anything with the £15 they credited when I opened the account do I still get to keep it? Also, where else do you guys play and do you get to win real money??? I’m sure that I’ve got it all wrong as it seems too good to be true but I suppose that you never know as I won some money for winning consecutive poker games last night.

I've been on quite a few bingo sites this week (see forum entries!) and never had to make a deposit BEFORE playing. There are sites that ask you to make a deposit before withdrawing, but then you just withdraw your winnings and your deposit - still makes it free!

IF I CAN COUNT THIS i HAVE MADE MY TARGET FOR THE YEAR :j:j:j.

I spend at least an hour a day entering competitions and this year I have so far had a very lean year when it comes to prizes until this morning.

I have just received a letter from Bold 2in1 congratulating me on winning a trip to Disney land Paris for a family of 4 to stay in their New Yorker 4* hotel with breakfast, park passes, £50 to use the open air ice rink and travel from London :eek::eek:.

I am over the moon, we had told our DSs that we would take them to disney in a few years as we couldn't afford it now but they are at the perfect ages now ( 5&7) and I can't wait to tell them, We have to go between Nov 08 and Mar 09 so thinking next March.

Wowsers what a surprise and worth more than £1000

    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Ps Nothing else made today for the challenge :D
