Why can't banks be upfront with their mortgages?

    Have a look at the Leeds, not sure what the rates are like but they credit check not credit score

    Also don't forget that none of the Banks have an obligation to lend you anything at all. They reserve the right to decline, refuse or withdraw an application at any time without having to give you a reason.

    Not saying I agree with this but it is a fact.
