If it's the same thing as the other posts it's about £5 p&p which seems a little high for something that is likely neither heavy or fragile

jennifer jane when i said it didn't work for me, i had the free trial and on the first day lost 2lbs so i decided to keep having them, i got the 30 day supply and cancelled my membership, however i haven't lost any more weight since and i have been eating less and exercising more! :-(0
