Do you think that the Telegraph are aware that they may be in breach of the Data Protection Act by making it so difficult to know whether you are logged in or out and enabling others to see your data?
I seem to remember that someone emailed them ages ago.
I'd bet a lot of people are unaware of this issue, though, unless they see someone else's details.
It is ridiculous.

I emailed them several times & had no replies. The first time I had a reply asking where the problem was - links etc. and nothing since, they really aren't bothered. I even emailed them a whole load of other people's details to prove it :mad::mad:0

Why don't you email the people you have emails for, and let them know of the problem that way they can get in touch and complain as well.
I've never had that problem, so can't do it.0
