I got one from the stand outside Charing Cross. I was going to snaffle up a couple more from the sellers inside the station but they didn't seem to have them.
Best of all, I tore off the 20p Frusli voucher and presented it with the shopping I got on the way home! I'm learning!:) The Tescos checkout assistant tried to claim that they didn't accept them for stuff that you hadn't bought, but while she was scrutinising it the till scanned the barcode on the back and gave me the money off anyway!:rotfl:.0 -
This sounds identical to the goody bags that Virgin were giving away outside of mainline london train stations last week. Basically it was advertising Virgin Bingo (some new online venture of theirs).
It sounds like some of the standard sellers managed to grab some and were giving them away to paper buyers. rather than being an official thing as such. a few weeks ago my usual one was giving away bottles of water for a few days.0 -
They were being given away at London Bridge Station as well, I got a few as the Know stock is very useful. A lot of the evening standard sellers were a bit cagey about it and avoiding giving it to people - maybe they wanted to keep hold of them themselves..0
