    LIBOR are pretty high in comparison with BOE base rate. I'm surprised non-tracker rates haven't gone up more, tbh.

    I'm expecting SVR's to start heading up soon as well. They've normally relatively high, but aren't now. When people start deciding the SVR is the best deal for them, it can't be long before they go up.
