Can I claim back any of these fees?

I think the answer to my question is no! I've done a bit of research but I wondered if somebody can confirm my thinking please?
I took a mortgage out with my wife for £56k in 2002 when we bought our current house. We were charged the following fees:
High loan to Value Fee £928
Valuation Fee £200
Deeds Handling Fee (Charged on Redemption) £95
Legal Charges £110.45
Arrangement Fees (Non refundable) £199.
House prices took off after this and we took out a further loan against the equity in 2004 to build an extension. This time we were charged:
Redemption Fee (Charged on redemption) £99
Administration Fees £95.
Reading through all the guides I am guessing all these charges are legal?
Also, I found all my old mortgage statements from a house a bought before I met my wife. This was an interest only mortgage with a linked endownment plan. The endownment underperformed but I was warned about this in 2000. I also cashed the policy in 2002. So reading Martin's guide this also doesn't seem worth looking into?
Can't you tell I've been clearing out all my old paperwork
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi
Unfortunately no, none of the charges can be claimed back - all perfectly legal etc.
