Hi,
I am looking to buy a property in Poland. I dont own a UK property. Can anyone recommend a company/broker i could use for a mortgage on a polish property?

You will need to use a specialist company that deals with overseas mortgages. Have a look in yell.com or google for local ones to you.
I have no affiliation with the above link, I wasn't sure whether mortgages were available in Poland tbh but that was the first page that came up for me.

Ok I've been buying abroad a few years and generally obtaining foreign finance is very difficult.
Typically 30% of take home pay should cover ALL your debt to include the new foreign mortgage.
Poland is not somewhere Ive invested as the population has declined some 10% in last 5 years.
The German side of the German Polish border is a place Ive invested and the rent return is 20% plus (4 x higher than UK B2L).
We bought blocks of flats.
We are willing to sell some of the flats for between £15000 - £20,000 each as we want to release some capital. Cash buyers only though.0
