yargo, I haven't got a diary, I just cut everything back to the minimum, wrote evrything down that I spent, used quidco for insurances, sent hubby to sea!! as the money was better, got used to eating whatever was reduced, on offer or needed using up, rather than what I fancied, cooked from scratch, made do with things I had clothes etc, instead of buying new, learnt to say NO, if the kids wanted something & I couldn't afford it, cheap free days out with kids pond dipping, heritage days free entry to castles, kids club at cinema etc. sent off for freebies, did surveys, did competitions, ebayed stuff I couldn't use, or used for presents, free bingo sites. Always take a packed lunch, walk a lot to save petrol & parking money, I could go on, but all these tips were picked up from here & are now second nature to me:D
Hope your Nan is better soon & good luck with the scan Eva:T Lorne you've done brilliantly & yes, I am jumping for joy:j
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Well done on becoming debt-free! I'm soooooo jealous but pleased for you at the same time!!!

Anyhoo, today £1 on the bus, 89p on a bottle of Lucozade (as I still have this flu thing which has now spread to my ears and I can't hear anyone at work - which is pretty good actually!), but also need to post 2 Ebay parcels, and get another Yale key cut following the 'snapped key' incident the other night!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

Good afternoon kizzy, and everyone :hello: :hello: :hello:

Great news on becoming 'Debt Free' kizzy - don't forget to sign the 'Debt Free Roll of Honour' :T :T

I was called in to work, at 8 o'clock this morning, and have to go back for my 'normal' shift at 4 o'clock, so just a quick 'look-in'.

So far, I have spent 65p on a lunch at the ASDA canteen, as I won't get any food at home, today, and was unable to make sandwiches.

Shouldn't be spending anymore though.

    Have a great afternoon, everybody.

Well today turned out to be an NSD after all! Walked into town with my colleague and in the end I just followed her around instead! This kept me away from all temptation, including the cheap boots easter eggs!
