Well done Dodecanese,
I think sometimes just telling it straight sometimes is the best way. Lets see them squirm away from the court order....now you can just ignore all the letters/phone calls etc and pass them to you OR or Fermi!! which ever you prefer!
Hope works been ok for you?

If the truth be known, your OR/examiner probably wouldn't have been too bothered if you had given them back to the bank.;)
But it doesn't hurt to remind the banks that there are people who have authority over even them.

I told First Direct Id cut up cards and sent to OR- they kept going on about if I used them again it would be fraud- so just said no intention of using, and they were ok in the end. It WAS quite gratifying telling the rather strident "credit services" lady the OR was in charge of all my financial affairs- suppose they cant argue with that.
Dave- Hi, work has been fine- about going bankrupt anyway ( theyve been really good)- cant say the same about the 5.30am start though- same again tomorrow. So Ill say "goodnight" now- or Ill be like night of the living dead in the morning.
