I would like to buy an electric piano for my other half but as stated above know nothing about pianos, electrical or otherwise or music!
Can anyone recommend a brand that is very good? I am hoping to get one for a few hundred pounds & am hoping some canny MSErs might be able to help & give me a few pointers.
Thanks very much!

Hi check out this thread, as I posted there I've been happy with a Clavinova for many years now but there are Roland equivalents which I'm sure are just as good. It just depends how much you want to pay!0 -
Thanks very much for the quick reply! I nearly fell over when I saw how much they are (told you I know nothing about this stuff!)nothing to see here, move along...0

Does it have to be a surprise? I had an musical instrument bought for me once - which was a wonderful thought - but it wasn't the one I wanted. I was then stuck with it for years because we couldn't afford another one when I already had the one I'd been given!
An instrument is a very personal thing - let him/her make his/her own choice!0
