    i got mine once i logged in, but there isnt alot to preview, from remembering last time, they only show a small amount of what is going on sale
    my boots and tesco addictions are costing me a fortune

    I emailed Next and asked what you had to do to qualify for a VIP slot, here is their response -

    Thank you for your email regarding our sale priority notification.
    You can receive our promotional emails when you add your e-mail address to the database which will ensure that you are included in all of our general promotional mailings.
    However, I am sorry that we are unable to guarantee that you will receive a Sale Priority email , as these are sent out randomly by our system.
    If you require any further assistance please contact the Online Helpdesk on 0845 6100 510, between the hours of 0800 - 2300, Monday to Sunday.

    So even their customer services have no idea how they are assigned!

    ive got email confirming my slot but when i click the link it doesnt show my slot in my account, yet according to my email i should be able to see and amend my slot when i log in. anyone else having this prob?

    i doubt itll work for me tomorrow now!

    is there anyone who knows the last three digits yet? I didn't get a slot and won't be able to go to the store as just come out of hospital.......! LOL.

    It would be a great help. Or perhaps they don't have them for mid-season.

    New way of doing it apparently, we can't just change the codes, Vip slots i was told i had to enter alot of info to log in manually

    Just done my order and to be honest, there wasn't a lot in the sale. Even less that I wanted. Nothing at all for older boys, really was the dribs and drabs this time!! Managed to spend about £80, some of which will probably go back. Still, we're meant to be paying off our debts so I shouldn't complain too much!

  • I had VIP slot but was too busy to go on during that time. Ordered my stuff later and it came up full price. I placed order anyway thinking prices would be reduced automatically. I then had little panic and rang them to query why lines were showing full price. They said I'd missed slot so would have to pay full price. I asked them to cancel order, as wasn't paying delivery for full priced items that would be returned immediately, and they said that was impossible.

    I spoke to supervisor who told me that goods would be delivered at full price and I could return them immediately but as a special favour he'd let me ring up tommorrow and try and re order them at sale price!!! I asked him how it could make sense to send 2 parcels of identical stock when only one was wanted and he said 1 parcel would be normal stock of the line and other parcel would be sale stock of the line!!! I felt I was hitting my head against a brick wall.
    I politely asked him if it was worth losing a customer over and told him to cancel order completely.
    Phew, I'm angry!
