Picked up the Fruit salad in this morning's London Metro - FANTASTIC - £2 of fruit for nothing!
From memory last time M&S were doing giveaways via the Metro the regional areas had the giveaway a week or two after London. Suppose it helps them manage stock supplies.

hi
do they except more than 1 coupon at the checkout?0 -
No *strictly* one coupon per customer. Sometimes a little smooth talking can let you sneak in an extra one i.e. "and this one is for my husband/wife" whilst pointing to a random person outside the store.
Alternatively 2 visits in quick succession to different checkout staff can work wonders!
Personally IMHO people should not be encouraged to abuse the offer and take multiple copies of the metro/vouchers as widespread greed may stop M&S offering future giveaways, and will certainly result in less copies of the Metro and less fruit salads for others to enjoy.

It depends how much stock they have at the time, if you ask really nicely and there are no managers around, most staff would be happy to do it for you. A little curtesy goes a long way.
Last time they did the offer I had a packet of the melon and grape, very tasty. Pity I'm not going into town today where I could get a voucher.
Rufus, glad you enjoyed it.

I wanted to pick up one for my hubby as well, and i did it! Thats not greed really, greed is picking up 4 packets for oneself to use in successive days! Anyway its not really £2 of fruit for free.........i wouldnt buy them, id say theres 50p worth of fruit in there! 2 strawberrrys, 3 apple slickes, 6 grapes, 4 melon pieces is no way worth £2, but its a good freebie! Id say eating this provides you 2-2.5 of your fruit n veg allowance!0

Sorry tammy wasn't implying that you were being greedy, my post may have come across wrong.
I see no problem with picking one up for a hubby, work colleague etc. just wanted to suggest that people dont' attempt to abuse the policy and clear the shelves.
Agree about the size of the portion though, but it would probably cost me over £1.50 to buy all the fruit to make up such a varied salad (although I'd get twice as much for the money).
