I really would not recommend this...there is more than meets the eye on these shows..they are very manipulative...the true picture is never often portrayed.
In fairness dont be so flippant towards these types of shows (especially towards some of those that appear) they can actually be the last port of call in what is a quagmire of mixed emotions for very confused souls.
I should know I was actually one of them many years ago....what it lead to was something extremly deep and purposeful, MSE can sometimes be a harsh and cynical place to be because of the events that lead many to here and become supportive of each other but dont let those events manipulate the spirit.:rolleyes:The years starts today ....0 -

I understand what you are saying, but generally speaking.
Folk who view these shows do so for a completely different reason to the folk who appear on them.
The people who appear are either totally and utterly desperate or are camera jockeys
The folk who watch, are folk who love watching other people !!!!!, and view it as a human zoo.
Take that clown Jeremy Kyle, I bet when he does his out of studio programmes for follow ups etc viewing figures plummet.Quotes in context only please.0
