i thought that my fixed rated would be up in july but just got letter from standard life saying it ends on end of april.
i phoned them and was offered fixed : 5 years at 6.35% payments £905.02
10 at 6.14% £887.79 with fees of £499
at the momemt i am paying £837 @5.5%
i went onto a few other sites and they seem to be more expensive or offer the same but with higher fees
is there a site out there that will show me all the companies that do remotages

the rates your quoting are really expensive and un-competitive, i would re-mortgage
ive just sorted mine out, i shopped around and did loads of homework - but no one could beat first directs mortgage products.
they dont use brokers, if your interested you have to go directly through them.
they do a 5 year fix at 5.29%, or a 10 year fix at 5.49%
http://www.firstdirect.com/mortgages/rates.shtml
so if you fixed for 10 years with first direct the payments would be the same as what your paying now.
also look at moneyfacts, and moneysupermarket0 -
You can try moneyfacts - they are quite good
