i don't know if this is in all stores but in cheltenham i noticed quite a few of their tights and socks are reduced and on 3 for 2 so got

pretty polly luxury collection tights reduced from £8 to £2 so 3 pairs for £4

and 3 pairs of various angora luxury socks reduced from £7/£6 to £1.75/£1.50 so got 3 for £3.25 :j

At last a local fellow bootser! I always struggle to find the clearance section in the Cheltenham store, its even worse now they are having a refit!
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

tell me about it! the socks and stuff are in with the other socks rather than clearance so you just have to check the sels, the angora ones are soo soft.

Did they have a clearence sticker?

No, the price on the sel had a line through it and th new lower price typed/written on. Boots seem to be getting fly around Edinburgh having reduced stuff on normal shelfs and the sel changed to the lower price.

My mum also noticed they had put the price of the Sanctuary hat boxes up to £20 too yet they were £15 and £18 when we bought them the week before. So keep an eye out.

she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic :p:D
  • Tip for Claire123 - if you want to use lots of vouchers and suspect they may not work the best place I have found to use them (successfully had them manually applied!) is the perfume counter in the Retail Park Boots.

Just got back from a dream shop at Boots :D All the Valentines gifts that everyone has been getting for bargain prices fell into my lap today. Our store had a rack with the S&G sets, the hatboxes, the Pink Champagne and Ted Baker minature perfumes on - they all had SEL which were half the orginal price and I have been waiting....and waiting for them to be reduced again (it was all on display with the baby equip and the photo dept?!?) Well today I finally decided I was gonna pay £7.50 for the S&G set, the Righteous butter is so worth that price....and I thought I might price check the hatbox whilst at the till.....they went through for £1.87 and £2.24 respectively!!!!! Needless to say I then checked everything else.

You lucky thing. Where abouts do you live? I managed to get 2 S&G Feet Dreams for £1.25 each - tried the magazine voucher but got the dreaded beep! Never mind - still quite a good bargain.

The best part of all is I didn't spend any cash - I used points that I had accumulated since Christmas so that will keep DH happy too. My only problem right now is where to put it all?????

Well Done You!! What a fantastic shop - and on points too! WTG girl :D

    Whereabouts are you?

just back from boots. got the ug shampoo and conditioner.

    shampoo £4.99
conditioner £2.49 (acm voucher for half price conditioner)

then the 2 for £6 kicked in taking off £3.98
    which makes it £3.50
then used till spit for £2 off.
total to pay for both £1.50

also NO7 foundation was reduced in Fort Birmingham to £7.98. wonder if the 3 for 2 would work on that as well? would that be better than the online offer with the free concealers as was going to order it online?
Sorry am still new to Bootsing so need to get my head around it all!
