Warranty on the PS3 and Xbox 360

Does anybody know if you get 3 years warranty on top with sony for the ps3 or with microsoft with the XBox 360?

you get a year standard on the ps3, although they do offer an extended warranty here

i dont have a clue about the 360 but you will probably get a year as standard

With a 360 you get the 1 year as standard for all faults, but for the 3 Red Rings of Death (RRoD) error on the 360-this is covered for up to 3 years.
