Hiya I have just applied for a loan and was turned down  I have checked my credit score as :money: advice and it looks ok to me so!

Do they still count a setled defult 3 years after it was settled as that is the only bad thing on there?

Or is it because I am now only p/t and earn £10,000.00 a year now they think I cant repay it?? am so peeved I dont know what to do as I have a mortgage but am now p/t instead of f/t so thats why the 10 grand and hubby has bad credit so he cant get a loan and they dont count his wages

And if I went to my mortgage company would they give me any more now I am on less money? I was thinking of extending the mortgage time to get more added on iyswim

Can anyone help me please
