repo order help

hi
we had a suspended repossession order made against us last week, requiring us to pay normal monthly mortgage plus £100.
The next mortgage payment is due at the end of the month and we are in trouble!
Our business is largely weather reliant and with the atrocious recent weather our income has been nowhere near where we hoped it would be.
Consequently it looks as though we won't be able to make the payment this week.
Can someone let me know if we have any options? The mortgage company are not exactly the most accomodating ( we have kept them totally informed during our recent troubles but still they insisted on us going to court with less than three months arrears.
Any advice welcome.

Hi there.

I would suggest that you slip over to the Debt Free Wannabe section and post again there including a full statement of affairs. What you would need to do is list your income and all your outgoings, if any cards, loans, credit or finance list the repayments, balance outstanding and the APR's. There are a lot of good folk over there who are ace at finding money within your budget by making savings that you may not even see.

Please do it, it really is worth the effort.
