Can paid up policies be sold?

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me? Does anyone know if paid up endowment policies can be sold. We paid it up in March 2004.

    Unlikely. The person buying it is in effect buying the future terminal bonuses and guaranteed sum assured. By making it paid up, these would automatically be lowered and take away any benefits to the purchaser beyond growth which they could get themselves on their own plans they take out.
