me and my o/h have credit card debts of over £15,000. He is out of work (but looking for a job) the repayments on our cards are too high for me to pay alone, and in previous months i have missed payments.
I am just wondering whether we should get an IVA as both our credit history is rubbish so neither of us can be credit card tarts!!
What do you think????
Thanks xxx

As CLAPTON suggests, an SOA will help people here to see your situation and offer as much advice as they can:
What to put in an SOA is explained here: Help for First Time Posters
On IVAs, start by looking a Martin's guide to IVAs : IVA Guide That is a fairly honest appraisal of them.
You should probably talk to CCCS or one of the other organisations here: Non-profit Debt Counsellors' ListFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
IVA & fee charging DMP companies: Profits from misery, motivated ONLY by greed0
