Anyone dealt with Chester OR office?

Just wondering if anyone had any experience of the above, what they were like, that kind of thing?

(Not that I'm panicking, worrying, stressing, or anything..);)

I've dealt with Chester, they've been absolutely fine from the original telephone conversation the day I went bankrupt through the phone interview a couple of weeks later. I haven't had to contact them more than a couple of times since but each time they've been very friendly and helpful.

I'm dealing with them and haven't been so lucky, but every situation is different so I'm sure yours will be fine.
