Evening all!
I am getting Virgin Media's cable net services installed on 12/4, and wanted some advice on which cable router/modem thingy I should get. Ideally looking to spend around £30-40, Not sure what else you guys might need to know, but if anyone has any ideas, let me know!
Ta!

Best advice for Ntl/virgin is too be found at www.chetnet.co.uk, its a forum run
by ex employees, have always found them very helpful.
They might steer you to a Linksys WRT54GL0 -
I highly recommend this one

I use this one which is highly recommended and comes in under budget for you. Very easy to set up - just put in the CD and follow the steps. Online in minutes.

That is an ADSL router the OP asked for a cable router.
Try http://www.amazon.co.uk/Netgear-WGR614UK-Wireless-Cable-Router/dp/B0000C1WO2/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1206536094&sr=8-1 which is cheaper still.0 -
