Hey all just a quickie from me!
The OR deposit is raising from £335.00 to £345.00 on the 06 April 2008.
Anyone who presents their petition on or after the 06 April 2008 will have to pay the new fee regardless of when their appointment was booked.
Creditor petiton fees and winding up petiton fees are also going up.
As far as we are aware the court fee is staying at £150.00 but will keep you updated on this.

Someone mentioned this to me the other day, but I hadn't got around to checking.
I have now, and the new fees were put forward in The Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2008 (SI 2008/714)Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
