Conveyancing using abode.com and Declaration of Trust...

After much umming ahhing I have decided to save a few quid (actually £480!) and try abode.com for my conveyancing.

I have so far been impressed but when I rang up to talk about setting up a 'Declaration of Trust' as I have a deposit to put down they wanted another £150 to do it....all the 'normal' conveyancing companies did it as part of their package.

Its still a good saving but is £150 a fair price for a Declaration of Trust? I have seen the 'print your own' ones online for £25 - are these sufficient?

Is it best to allow your conveyancer to set it up for you?
